Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Carrier with insurance and tracking ID, recipient signature will be required by the Carrier. We will provide you with the tracking ID for you to track your package with the Carrier online.
Shipping fees include insurance, handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Insurance fee is a certain percentage from the cost of goods determined by the Carrier. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
We are not responsible for any damages incur during shipment. We will only help you claim delivery insurance.

- We will exchange the product with a new one and we will ship it back to you free of charge
- Exchange period depends on product availability
- We will charge you ship back fee if the returned product does not meet any of the conditions above
